I could talk about own spirit festival for hours. Spent 5 days at the desert, burning temperatures is an accurate way to describe the weather, this had no comparisson with anything I experienced before.
The vibes were unique, the people were at a constant holistic psychodelic state. Even if you intended to be bored you wouldn´t be able to.
In this context I edited this video, overnight, listening to the music from main stage (400 mts away from me), the first night at the festival.
Overnight because the piece had to be ready for 7am the next day but also because the temperatures reached such high levels during the day that it was almost impossible to make any computer work.
The material was fresh and also the sense of the festival.
We had one more challenge, no internet access. Its nice to think that limitations impulse creativity. I say this because thanks to not being able to download any music I used the real audio and created an atmosphere so that it would feel like being there.
